Hey there — I’m Ally, the founder and heart behind Mylkster.

I didn’t set out to create an oat milk powder brand. I simply wanted a better, cleaner plant-based milk option for my family — something simple, convenient, and free from unnecessary additives.

One Saturday in the kitchen, while making soup with my kids, we were laughing, tasting, and adding scoops of oat milk powder to the broth. That simple, joyful moment made something clear:

Our Story: Rethinking Plant-Based Milk

 Mylkster began with a simple question:

Why should good oat milk be heavy, wasteful, and short-lived?

Traditional carton oat milk is mostly water, requires refrigeration, and often goes bad before it’s finished. We knew there had to be a smarter solution.

By removing excess water and focusing on carefully selected ingredients, we created shelf-stable oat milk powder — a lightweight, convenient alternative that lets you make fresh oat milk whenever you need it.
